It all began with a love of sharing good food with better people. Bailey had started an Instagram account dedicated to documenting her food finds around Raleigh, North Carolina and beyond. She wanted a form of self-expression, a way to build community, and an outlet to connect with people through a delicious bond. Thus, @bitesbrewsandbooze was born!

What Bailey has been whipping up lately, you may ask?
With a newfound love and admiration for cottage cheese, Bailey has adapted her own poached egg approach. While her eggs cook, she plates her cottage cheese, seasons with S&P, red chili flakes, and then carefully assembles her eggs. Once they are in perfect condition, she tops them with some more seasoning, some garlic EVOO and a few swirls of honey for a delicious start to her morning.
Lunch at home means time to explore. Bailey has become obsessed with the arugula - mozzarella - prosciutto combo. Toasted lightly on a baguette with a little garlic EVOO drizzle and you have one of her favorite meals to make!
She first developed her own salmon bowls back in summer of 2023. After seeing countless inspo for how to cook salmon, she coined her recipe to perfectly air fry her salmon which is then plated on top of sushi rice and coupled with her favorite veggies: avocado and cucumber. Topped with her secret sauce, this is a true B Special that she often makes for her loved ones. Want to know the recipe? She will have you over to cook it with her yourself and learn firsthand!
There is nothing quite like a yummy drink in a fun glass, garnished with decorative pieces, and topped with Bailey’s personal secret weapon: drink glitter.
